Anwell offers 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twins) with a bathroom on the first floor and shower room on the ground floor.
It can sleep up to 6 people plus a baby. There is a separate dining room on the ground floor and lounge on the first
floor. The lounge has a flat screen TV with integral DVD player. Freeview digital TV & radio are now available.Furnishing
are in keeping with the age of the property.
Heating is provided by night storage & panel heaters included
in the price. There is a coal fire in the lounge for those colder winter nights.
Non smoking.
There is a full kitchen including microwave, oven & 'fridge with steps leading down to the garden at the rear
of the house.
Bed linen & towels are not provided.

Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. However, shortbreaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights. The charge
is 70% of the normal weekly rate ( 3 nights) with 10% for each extra night.
Bookings can be made by email, in writing or telephone. A deposit of £100 per week is required within 7 days of booking
with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
