It can sleep up to 6 people plus a baby. There is a separate dining room on the ground floor and lounge on the first
floor. The lounge has a flat screen TV with integral DVD player. Freeview digital TV & radio are available.Furnishing
are in keeping with the age of the property.
Heating is provided by night storage & panel heaters included
in the price. There is a coal fire in the lounge for those colder winter nights.
Non smoking.
There is a full kitchen including microwave, oven & 'fridge with steps leading down to the utility room
with washing machine and door to garden at the rear of the house.
Bed linen is provided but towels are not.

Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. However, shortbreaks are available for a minimum of 3
nights. The charge is 70% of the normal weekly rate ( 3 nights) with 10% for each extra night.
Bookings can
be made by email, in writing or telephone. A deposit of £100 per week is required within 7 days of booking with the
balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Well behaved dogs £20 per dog per week.
